For more than a decade, January has worked with thousands of women across the world — mothers, leaders, daughters, professionals — helping them rebuild lives marked by overwhelm, isolation, and the quiet exhaustion of carrying more than they were ever formed to carry.

Her work emerged from a simple observation: women today are not failing because they are weak. They are struggling because the formation structures that once held them have collapsed. The Feminine Revival is her response — a national movement to give women back the formation in mindset, skill set, and identity they need to flourish, and to bring that formation into every institution touching women's lives.

She is the founder of Feminine Formation and the architect of The Woman School, work that has reached women in more than 50 countries. The Feminine Revival Tour is the next chapter: gathering founding benefactors to fund what comes next.

A culture of life begins with women who have life in their own lives.

We have commissioned women to form families, communities, workplaces, and culture — but we have failed to form her. This is why so many women feel like they are failing, when in reality, culture has failed them.

The Feminine Revival exists to change that. We are building the formation infrastructure women have lost — bringing practical formation in mindset and skill set to women across every sector of civilization.

When women are whole, families strengthen. When women are formed, communities heal. When women are fully alive, culture begins to come back to life.

The Feminine Revival Foundation is built from the dinners forward — but the dinners exist to gather the donors who will anchor the work nationally. A small founding circle is funding access to formation across the first fifty institutions: parishes, campuses, mission-aligned nonprofits, and communities serving women in hardship.

These gifts are not made through a form. They begin with a conversation — at a dinner, around a table, in the context of relationship — and they're stewarded by January herself.
