Privacy Policy

Effective May 20, 2026  ·  Last updated May 20, 2026

We are entrusted with the generosity of those who believe women deserve to be formed. We treat your information with the same care.

SECTION 1Who we are

The Feminine Revival Foundation ("the Foundation," "we," "us," or "our") is a nonprofit organization recognized as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation is incorporated in the State of Florida (EIN 41‑5108076).

Our mission is to make transformative formation accessible to women and to the institutions that serve them — including parishes, universities, schools, pregnancy centers, nonprofits, and communities — by funding access where the recipient cannot pay. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our websites, donation forms, applications, and related communications.

SECTION 2Scope of this policy

This policy applies to information collected through the Foundation's own web properties, including femininerevivalfoundation.org and any campaign pages, donation forms, host applications, or microsites operated by the Foundation (together, the "Sites").

The Foundation is a legally separate entity from Wholeness Education, LLC and its commercial brands (including Feminine Formation, Catholic Feminine Formation, and The Woman School). Those organizations operate their own websites under their own privacy policies. This policy does not govern any website, program, or service operated by Wholeness Education, LLC. When you leave our Sites for a site operated by another organization, that organization's privacy practices apply.

SECTION 3Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use our Sites.

Information you give us

  • Contact and identity details — such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number when you donate, subscribe, register interest, or contact us.
  • Donation information — the amount, frequency, and designation of a gift, and records needed to issue an acknowledgment or tax receipt.
  • Application and inquiry details — information you submit when you apply to host an evening, express interest in becoming a benefactor, or send us a message, including any details you choose to include.
  • Communications — the content of emails, forms, or messages you send to us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the dates and times of your visits.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies & analytics below.
We do not collect sensitive payment card data ourselves. Donations are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on our systems. See Donations & payment data.

SECTION 4How we collect it

We collect information in three ways: directly from you when you complete a form, donate, or contact us; automatically through cookies and analytics as you use our Sites; and from trusted service providers, such as our payment processor confirming that a gift was completed, or an email platform reporting that a message was delivered or opened. We do not purchase contact lists or acquire personal information from data brokers.

SECTION 5How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate the Foundation and advance its charitable mission, specifically to:

  • Process donations and issue acknowledgments and tax-deductible gift receipts.
  • Communicate with you about your gift, our work, events, and opportunities to support the mission.
  • Respond to inquiries, host applications, and benefactor interest.
  • Maintain accurate donor and financial records and comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our Sites and understand how they are used.
  • Steward relationships with supporters and recognize founding benefactors, where you have consented to recognition.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade donor information.

SECTION 6Donations & payment data

When you make a gift online, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (for example, a service such as Stripe or a comparable provider). Your card or bank details are transmitted directly to that processor under its own security standards and privacy policy; the Foundation does not receive or store your full payment credentials.

We retain a record of your gift — including amount, date, designation, and the contact details you provide — so that we can issue receipts, maintain charitable records, acknowledge your generosity, and meet our reporting obligations. If you set up a recurring gift, we retain the information needed to administer it until you cancel.

Gifts to the Feminine Revival Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless expressly stated at the time of the gift. Please retain your receipt for your records. EIN 41‑5108076.

SECTION 7How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Foundation and as described here. We share with:

  • Service providers who act on our behalf — including payment processors, donor and email management platforms, website hosting, and analytics providers — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisors — such as accountants, auditors, and legal counsel — in connection with our governance, tax, and compliance obligations.
  • Authorities and others — when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Foundation, our supporters, or others.
  • In connection with organizational changes — such as a merger with, or transfer of assets to, another nonprofit, in which case donor information would remain subject to a policy at least as protective as this one.

We do not share donor information with Wholeness Education, LLC or its commercial brands for their marketing purposes. The Foundation contracts with Wholeness Education, LLC at arm's length to deliver formation programming to recipients the Foundation supports; that relationship concerns program delivery and does not involve sharing your donor or contact information for commercial use.

SECTION 8Cookies & analytics

Our Sites use cookies and similar technologies to function properly, remember your preferences, and understand how the Sites are used. We may use analytics services (for example, a privacy-conscious analytics or a service such as Google Analytics) that set their own cookies and process usage data on our behalf.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Some features of the Sites may not work properly without certain cookies. Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

SECTION 9Email & your choices

If you donate, subscribe, or contact us, we may send you communications about the Foundation's mission and work. Every promotional email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you may opt out at any time by following that link or by contacting us. We may still send you transactional messages — such as donation receipts or responses to your inquiries — that are not promotional.

SECTION 10Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain donation and financial records, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Charitable and financial records are generally retained for the periods required by applicable tax and recordkeeping law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

SECTION 11How we protect information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials you use confidential.

SECTION 12Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to it, to correct or update it, to request deletion, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

SECTION 13Children's privacy

Our Sites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

SECTION 15Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our Sites after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
