SECTION 1Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, donation forms, applications, and related services operated by the Feminine Revival Foundation ("the Foundation," "we," "us," or "our"), including femininerevivalfoundation.org and any campaign pages or microsites we operate (together, the "Sites"). By accessing or using the Sites, or by making a gift through them, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
SECTION 2About the Foundation
The Feminine Revival Foundation is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Florida and recognized as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 41‑5108076). Our mission is to make transformative formation accessible to women and to the institutions that serve them by funding access where the recipient cannot pay.
The Foundation is a legally separate organization from Wholeness Education, LLC and its commercial brands. The Sites are operated by the Foundation. References to formation programs and to the brands under which they are delivered are provided for context and do not make any other organization a party to these Terms.
SECTION 3Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to make a donation or submit an application through the Sites. By using the Sites, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
SECTION 4Donations
Gifts to the Foundation are voluntary charitable contributions. By making a gift, you authorize the Foundation and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount and frequency you select.
- Tax deductibility. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity, and gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless expressly stated at the time of the gift. We will provide an acknowledgment suitable for your records; please consult your own tax advisor regarding deductibility.
- Designations. We honor reasonable donor designations where practical. Consistent with IRS requirements and sound nonprofit governance, the Foundation's Board retains ultimate authority and discretion over the use of all funds to carry out its charitable purposes, and may apply gifts to the area of greatest need where a designation cannot be fulfilled.
- Accuracy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information for all gifts.
SECTION 5Recurring gifts & refunds
If you elect to make a recurring gift, your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the interval you choose until you cancel. You may change or cancel a recurring gift at any time by contacting us at [email protected], and we will apply the change to future charges.
Because donations are charitable contributions, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, was unauthorized, or was charged in an incorrect amount, please contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith to review and, where appropriate, correct or refund the transaction.
SECTION 6Acceptable use
You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Sites in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, our systems, or other users' data.
- Introduce malware or use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Sites without our permission.
- Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Sites to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
SECTION 7Your submissions
If you submit information through the Sites — such as a host application, an inquiry, or a message — you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant the Foundation permission to use that information to respond to you and to administer the relevant program or request, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Submitting an application or expression of interest does not create any obligation on the part of the Foundation to accept it.
SECTION 8Intellectual property & trademarks
The content on the Sites — including text, graphics, the Foundation's name and emblem, layout, and design — is owned by or licensed to the Foundation and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
Names and marks owned by others
Certain names and marks referenced on the Sites — including Feminine Formation, Catholic Feminine Formation, and The Woman School — are trademarks owned by Wholeness Education, LLC and are used by the Foundation with permission. Their appearance on the Sites does not transfer any rights to you and does not imply that Wholeness Education, LLC is a party to these Terms. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 9Third-party services & links
The Sites rely on third-party services — including payment processors — and may link to websites operated by others. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party service or site, and your use of them is at your own risk.
SECTION 10Disclaimers
The Sites and their content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Sites is complete or current. Nothing on the Sites constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice; please consult your own advisors.
SECTION 11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Sites — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you donated to the Foundation through the Sites in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
SECTION 12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Sites, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.
SECTION 13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
SECTION 14Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Sites after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
SECTION 15General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Foundation regarding the Sites. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor organization.
